Hello, my name is Steve Bonbright. I'm the president of CertaPro Painters of the Peninsula. So, CertaPro Painters of the Peninsula is a full-service paint contracting company. We do both commercial work and residential work. Residentially, we'll do interiors and exteriors, and that's everything from full prep, full prime, getting the house perfectly ready to be painted and looking good for as long as possible. Our guys go through weeks and weeks of training - almost a two-year apprenticeship program - to learn not only the application of the paint and making sure that it's applied properly, but using the right products, the right substrates, the right primers - using things that are going to be resilient and long-lasting. A lot of chipping, cracking, peeling - a lot of that's coming from either application problems or just simply using the wrong product on the wrong substrate. My crews only get one job at a time, they like it that way. They come every morning at the same time, they work eight hours a day, contiguous days until that job is done - constant communication with the customer. At the end of every day, my crew will communicate with the customer, make sure they know what the status of their house is, when it looks like we're going to be done, and anything they found that day. I think my crews enjoy the work that they do. We're not looking necessarily for house painters that just need a job and want to paint houses, they actually enjoy the art of painting a house and I think that does add a lot of value to the customer. You can get labor and you can get people to paint houses. It does make a difference on the end product though when you have someone who can stand back after they're done with the project, look back and say that looks perfect, I'm thrilled with the way that looks. So thanks for listening and learning a little bit more about my company CertaPro Painters of the Peninsula. We look forward to adding you to our long list of satisfied customers and giving you excellent service.
