How quickly can you get to my job?

It depends on the service you need and the product you choose. We can usually do new installations within two weeks of your initial call because we have a sizeable inventory. Also, we prepare items at our warehouse the day before the project begins, so everything will go smoothly once we start working.

Can I see my choices for new garage doors?

Absolutely. Our Concord showroom is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. You can come in and see all the garage door options that are available for your project.

Will you provide me with an in-person estimate?

Yes, we’ll send an estimator to determine what you need, and there’s no charge or commitment required for that information. Our estimator will walk you through your options and explain costs and other details so you can decide if you want to move forward.

Who installs your products?

We install all the products that we sell. Our crew of trained professionals will be there from the selection stage through the installation process and beyond.

Why do I need a garage door opener with a battery backup?

All garage door openers in California are legally required to have battery backups. This helps prevent people from getting trapped in their garages during natural disasters or power outages.

Why should I get a new garage door opener if my old one still works?

New models of garage door openers have additional features that are really beneficial. Most have LED lights that you’ll never need to change, and you can connect many of them to a smartphone app so you can open and close your garage door even when you’re not home. There are also features like ‘soft stop’ and ‘soft start,’ both of which make opening your garage door quieter and smoother.
