Hi, my name is Nelson Quello, and I'm the owner and president of Quo's Body Repair and Auto Sales. We're a full-service collision shop. We do everything from paintless dent repair to heavy collision framework, uh, sectioning body panels. We also do, uh, classic car rare car restorations. And, you know, we offer details, glass, uh, suspension work. Someone brings a Mercedes in an Audi, you know, even Honda, Toyota. You know they've spent a lot of money on these cars. They get into an accident. They want it like it was pre-accident. And that's our job. It, it's really important to me to get the car out on time and make the absolute best repair possible. We're small, um, family-owned. My mother's here, my father's here. He does all our framework. He's got over 40 years of experience on the frame machine. And, uh, I do exclusively all the painting. So the owner is actually putting his hands on your car here. He's not, uh, selling a job or trying to get a job in with an estimate and then turning it loose to guys that he might have to cross his fingers that they can do the best job. With me, it's the top standard that I expect out of myself every time. Our warranties here, it's a lifetime warranty. I'll even transfer the warranty to a new owner if most shops won't. It's as long as you own it. So, as soon as the car is sold, the warranty no longer exists. But yeah, our warranty stays with the car.
