Hi there, my name is Eric James. I am the service and operating manager for Chase Rer and Plumbing. I myself have been in the field for 26 years. Most of our staff have been with us for several years, as a matter of fact. So I want to take us back real quick to the beginning of the year when we had the big storms. This was New Year's Eve 2022. Customers were looking for anyone possible to aid their situation, water filling into their bedrooms located on the ground level. I made the call to get out there myself, and we were in the storm water up to our waist, just working anxiously and tirelessly while it was raining. To be able to clear the storm drains and save people from getting water damage in their homes. They were able to get back to celebrating their New Year's Eve, and I'm so happy and proud that I had a hand in that and making that happen. We have a thing at Chase Rer and Plumbing, and we strongly believe in it and stand behind it. As a matter of fact, it says right here on my t-shirt, it says hire the best and flash the rest.
