Hi, my name is Seth Franton. I'm owner of Castle's Home Service. Here at Castle's Home Service, we provide a full range of restorative services, including interior, exterior, commercial, and residential. When it comes to your house, a lot of times we have issues with our countertops, our showers, maybe our floors. Um, our pool areas. We have a lot of different products that we offer to take care of specific areas in your home. One of the products that we provide is the more anti-Edge product. So if you have calcium-based Stones like marble, travertine, or limestone in your kitchen or your vanities in your bathrooms, bar areas, this is a paper-thin product that goes on the surface of your stone preventing any kind of staining or etching for 10 years. Over the years, the stone industry has really evolved. So, it takes a lot of attention to be aware of the different products and services that are available out there that we can offer to our clients. A lot of testing and trial and error is done before we use these products in your house. Recently, we got a phone call from a customer over in Atherton, and they had Limestone floors that were originally, when they were installed, had a beautiful high shine to them. But they were concerned that they were going to have to replace their floors, which obviously was going to cost, uh, you know, hundreds of thousands of dollars throughout the house. We assured them that we could take care of it and make it look like new. Obviously, they were hesitant, they weren't sure whether we were going to be able to make those floors look perfect, but we assured them we were, and they gave us the go-ahead. When we were finished, they were blown away. They were so happy that we've already received two customers as referrals from them. Many times, we get phone calls from customers that, uh, maybe this is their first house with stone, and so there's a lot of options out there when it comes to maintenance and protection, and so it can be really overwhelming.
