Hi, I'm Tony Balian, and I'm the vice president of marketing and Merchandising at Carpeteria. At Carpeteria, we offer carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl planks, vinyl sheets, ceramic tile, and stone floors. One of the biggest advantages that we have is we're part of a larger organization. The staff at Works in um does our installation. They're under payroll; they're our employees. They've been with us for many years. I think the youngest hire that we did um was about 10 years ago. They go through extensive training with the manufacturers, with the different vendors that we have so that they're profession in installing any kinds of flooring that they encounter. Any flooring that we sell, we also install. But, uh, it's not necessary if somebody has their own installer or they want to do it themselves. We also offer everything that we sell as a do-it-yourself. The quality of the product that we offer is always First Quality. We never compromise the quality of the products by getting seconds or um, mail runs, or defective products. We stand behind everything that we sell selection. We have um, we're not only have the variety of selections, but we're constantly going to the trade shows and making sure that we have in our showrooms the newest flooring Trends with the newest colors and the newest selection and value. We always have a lot of inventory in stock in all kinds of floor coverings that we can buy at a low price so we can offer to the customers at a great.
