I'm France Cartright, and the owner of Better Water Heaters. At Better Water Heaters, all we do is install and repair water heaters, conventional and tankless water heaters. Our philosophy at Better Water Heaters is if we do a good job for you, that you'll refer us to your friends, family, and your neighbors. We don't want to rip anybody off, we just want to do a good, good job at a fair price because we specialize in water heaters and Hot Water Solutions. Our vans are set up to hold all the tools and parts that we would need for any type of repair or replacement of most water heaters, so we can usually come to your house and give you a free estimate. If everything meets your approval, we can do the job right then. Sometimes we get calls late at night that there's emergencies, that there's leaks, that people are concerned that there might be water damage. Well, I'll always help you out over the phone, trying to resolve that, and if necessary, we will send someone out weekends or nights to solve your problem and to make your plumbing emergency go away. Being Diamond certified has been great for the company. We get a lot of calls from customers who have had positive experiences with other Diamond certified companies, and there seems to be a lack of trust in general with plumbers, but I find that the Diamond certified customer is a lot more willing to trust a company that has earned Diamond certification.
