. Hi, my name is Paul Irwin. I'm president of Bell Products Heating and Air Conditioning. Since 1945, we've been providing our customers with Superior customer service in heating and air conditioning throughout the North Bay Area. Our strong commitment to customer service is deeply rooted in the Joe Bell Legacy. Joe founded Bell products in 1945 with a passion for excellence and a commitment to customer service. That commitment is our Heritage. We offer a full range of services to meet any needs our clients may have from four stair Residential Heating and cooling systems, radiant heating and cooling systems, custom metal fabrication for residential and Commercial, as well as Commercial Heating and Air Conditioning design installation and repair. Our most valuable resource is our highly skilled and motivated Workforce that includes Factory trained technicians, sales Engineers, metal Craftsman, and helpful support staff. They are trained to meet our clients' needs. Our employees share our Founders vision for excellence and going above and beyond our clients' expectations. We often consider employees as Bell extended family, and it's not uncommon for our employees to begin their career here at Bell as an apprentice and retire 30 or 40 years later as a skilled Craftsman. We install, service, and repair all types and brands of heating and air conditioning equipment, but predominantly we use carrier. Bell's affiliation with carrier extends over 50 years, and we're known in the industry as one of carrier's oldest dealers in the Bay Area.
