Hi, my name is Hongtu. I'm from Ani Construction. I'm the CEO of the company. We do custom home, kitchen, bedroom remodel. It's a job. It's a job. Nothing makes us more, so most of the job is, but we specialize in custom home and remodel. I've been doing this for 13 years. I own the company for 10 years, and most all my staff is; they've been with me almost like more than 5 years. So I trained them as beginning with nothing, and now they all have the skill. And I know all my staff's besty, so I know where to put them and what position they are on. I'm at the job site almost 8 hours a day, so most of my job is like what I'm doing is everything. I do only three jobs at the same time. And I have a lot of family members working for me, just kind of like a family business. So I stop by every job every day. At least I spend one or two hours on every job a day. So, I go through with all my stuff everything, what they've done a day am of the day. So what they've done, and stuff like that. And I keep my eyes on really closely. When we've done the work, we send a letter out and ask the customer and follow up, you know, for the final inspection. I, I do the final inspection with the customer myself, so I want to make sure all my clients are satisfied what we do. And also, I want to check everything is right before they, you know, can use it. I guarantee that I can make them happy. And also, I can guarantee my work. And all my staff is; nobody displease the customer, even myself. And we can bring the customer to the high level that the work that we've done. And also, we are the honest business, and we are the family business. And I'm very much confident with all my work and my staff.
