Hi, I'm Andrew Easton with East Construction Group. I'm the principal and senior estimator. East Construction Group provides full restoration services and reconstruction services for all structures damaged by fire, water, smoke, and storm damages. We are both certified restorers as well as a Lead-Safe Company. We're both licensed General Contractors and electrical contractors. We can offer our clients a single Claim Solution. Often, our past clients have expressed how nice it was to have a single point of contact and communication throughout their claim process. The difference between restoration and reconstruction is often properties that have suffered damages from an insurance claim don't necessarily require reconstruction. If there are light smoke damages, they can be successfully cleaned from walls where they're just prepared for painting. Carpets can be cleaned, water extracted, and the structure can be dried often without requiring reconstruction efforts. Most of our clients, their first concern is how will they navigate our process what has just happened to them. They have often suffered fire or water damage, their property is in distress, and many never have had a claim. They don't know where to start, who to call first, and at our first opportunity, we want to ensure them that we have the knowledge and we will lead and guide them through this process. During that entire time, we are their Advocate. We are here to represent them and their interest and to get them returned back to their prior state.
