Hi, I'm Darcy Quinn. I'm with A and P Moving. We're a family-run and operated moving company here in Marin County, based in Novato. We provide household and office moving and storage. We also provide corporate household relocations for companies that offer moving as a hiring benefit, both domestically and internationally. We also have a 20,000 square foot warehouse that facilitates document storage. In addition, we have certified on-site mobile shredding services throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. We are professional. We've had a Better Business Bureau A+ rating since 1994, and we are a CMSA pro mover. We have also been awarded national customer experience awards. It's a Spire Award given to us by Beacons Van Lines for exceptional customer service. There's only one award given each year for that. Eight of our employees have also received the X Factor Award, which is based on post-move customer service feedback. That's an award from Beacons Van Lines as well. So, we take a lot of pride in the customer experience. Thirty-five percent of our business is referral and repeat, so it's important for us to do a good job the first time. A lot of people have last-minute packing and are never ready when we show up. It's okay, and we understand that. Our crews are flexible. They're not going to be in a rush, and they're not going to force someone to do something they're not ready for. A lot of times, we have to be pivoting and being flexible on that day because customers change their mind, they add stuff, and we just try to have open dialogue to tell them, "It's all right. We're going to work with you and make it work."
