Yeah, so we are implementing a weekly testing campaign. If guys feel ill in any way, such as cold or flu symptoms, then we highly advise them to leave the job site immediately, go get a test, and report that result back to me quickly. In the meantime, they're not allowed to be on the job site working if they have any symptoms or are not feeling well and have not provided me with a negative test. We're educating our customers about how construction works on their home. That is very important for us to be able to provide them with an understanding of why we're proposing what we're proposing. This, in turn, provides trust to our clients so they understand exactly what they're paying for when they hire us to paint their house, and that, in turn, helps them understand why we do the things that we do. Honestly, I was in high school and I needed a job. So one of my neighbors offered me a job painting houses, and I decided to do it, and so I started out painting at a very entry-level right out of high school. Schooling, you know, um, and from there I worked myself up the ladder. At age 28, I was able to start my own painting company. I also was fortunate to work for a general contractor for a lot of years who allowed me to run his paint division and gave me a lot of supervisory skills working with clients, providing them with the vision that they have for their home, and I was able to do that along with providing high-quality paint services. So that's how I got into the industry. Believing in myself, I think that's really important for anyone out there. Believing in yourself is key to success. It takes a lot to start a company from the ground up, and fortunately, I've had circumstances that led me to be able to start my company, such as having a very low overhead in the beginning and also plenty of time to provide high-quality painting services that I could be proud of. That's what led me to start my own company. Providing comfortability to my clients, I think that's really important. I think trust, explanation of what we do, listening to people is very important in what I do, so I love to listen to my clients as long as it takes for me to understand what they're looking for, and then once I understand what they are requesting from us, then I provide options that may suit what they're looking for. So providing comfortability, trust in the fact that they're going to get a very high-quality, long-lasting paint job. That's why I like what I do. Well, prep work, prep work, prep work. That's very key to providing a high-quality paint job. We always suggest thorough cleaning of areas before we even attempt to do any other aspects. We come out, we clean your house, we lay drop cloths down, we have a white glove approach to our construction as far as protecting plants, moving furniture, any aspect of the job site that our client is looking for, we look forward to doing that. So we always approach our jobs with that in mind, and so our philosophy is the best possible prep work we can do, such as scraping, sanding, caulking, priming, allowing paints to fully dry before applying the next coat. All these things are very important to providing a high-quality paint job. So we greatly appreciate the opportunity to be able to do that. I've been reading a book series called New Human Revolution. It's a 30-volume book series about philosophy, the nature of cultivating peace and happiness in our life, and wisdom for navigating a complex society in the modern age. So reading philosophy based on some religious teachings, education gives me great satisfaction and joy in life and helps me understand my role in society and how I can be a better person.
