What expertise means to me and my team is giving advice to our customers, based on our experience, our knowledge, and our products, to construct an outdoor living project that accommodates their lifestyle, their unique properties, and their families. After working for many years in the outdoor living industry and my passion for customer service, for project transformations, and our knowledge to bring people's unique outdoor living dreams come to life, I wanted to create a company that showcases my experience in the industry and also to give our crews and our clients a unique experience with the outstanding outdoor living company. My favorite thing that I enjoy about the work that I'm doing is meeting new people from all walks of life, being creative, being able to construct people's outdoor living spaces, which a lot of times they save up their lives for, and these are their dream backyards. In creating those, seeing the satisfaction and the excitement and happiness on their face at the end of a project is inspiring, so that's one of the things I really enjoy about this, what I do. One of the most important questions I think that customers should be asking is if they're properly licensed, not only licensed for one part of the project but all aspects of the project. You know they have all the proper license to construct their project completely. Are they insured? You know how much experience do they have in the industry? You know what type of products do they have available? And do they have referrals? Does the company have referrals that they can check out the workmanship and also examples of their installations? Pretty much, you know they are they qualified to do the work that they're requesting to have done. The relationship that I have between me and my team that I would like to know is, we pretty much grew up in the industry together. You know I started out as a project manager, a lot of my lead members, my foremans, they started out in the industry as laborers and they worked themselves up to being well qualified knowledgeable crew foremans that are dedicated in creating quality projects. So we grew up in the industry together, you know and learned together and we built a strong relationship that we were dedicated to 100 customer satisfaction and creating unique projects. Unique Pavers is a full-service outdoor living company, we're built to accommodate all aspects of a project, if it's from synthetic grass to pavers to outdoor kitchens, we're fully capable and licensed. You know we hold a B license, a C61 and a C27 license, so you know we're capable and qualified to construct any project that you can dream of.
