So, I got into the industry through my father-in-law. Um, he's him and his brother have been in the industry for 20 years, so when I got married, um, it was one of those things that I always saw, um, you know as an option for me to get into. So once, uh, and so I started working with them, um, started helping them out, um, then from that one thing led to another. I started supervising job sites, and as I got deeper into it, it was something that I, um, realized that it was a passion of mine, and I wanted to pursue to be a career. So once I, I realized and once I decided, um, I was going to precede this field, um, I kind of wanted to take all the good from what I've learned, uh, with my father-in-law, and then I wanted to apply my own, uh, things that I wanted to do that I felt like it was necessary. A lot of those things were more like towards customer service oriented, um, so that's what inspired me to, to branch out on my own. It was the fact that I want to implement my own style of doing business, um. The, my favorite thing is the end product, um. I like, you know, I enjoy seeing getting a project, um, a roof that's in bad shape and me transforming it into the ending product, which is, uh, you know, it's a brand new roof, beautiful artwork and, and it's so, it's a craftsmanship, um, I believe, so that's what I enjoy the most, um. One of the things we do is that we never stop learning, um. I, I'm constantly researching and getting my guys trained and certified and, uh, manufacturers and different roofing systems, um, so that's, that's basically, um, one of our key tools that we never stopped learning, you know. I, I, we've been certified in several different, uh, manufacturers, um, and, um, yeah, we could continue to do so, um. If I were to be a consumer for roofing and actually in a matter of fact, any construction, first thing I would look into is, um, their insurances liability, their, uh, their past performance, trying to figure it out, um, ways that I can maybe get reviews for from different platforms that I can find a company, but definitely those three things that are two things that insurances and a previous experience from customers from that company.
