At PRI, we do our homework here. We study the manuals, we consult with the manufacturers, and then we try to pass that message along to the homeowners as well, so that they can make a comfortable decision, an informed decision, whether they go with us or not. That's up to them, but we at least want them to know that they made the right decision. Something that we enjoy here is the fact that the homeowner trusts us to allow us to go into their home and solve their problems. And that always feels good, knowing that they put their trust in us to work on their home. And that means a lot to us. So, we get a big enjoyment out of that and helping others. One way we can ensure that the highest quality is offered to deliver to the customers by offering the highest quality possible. We always go the extra mile by including that flashing that nobody thinks about. We install that, the extra underlayments under the valley where these are leak-prone areas. We go ahead and do that. We want the homeowner to have that peace of mind. And by you having the peace of mind, we feel at peace as well with the work that we do. In the industry here in roofing, one thing you definitely want to ask for is the contractor state license number. Once you get that, you can go ahead and check that on the contractor state license board website. And there you'll be able to see what kind of insurances they carry, if they protect their workers, general liability. If anything happens to your home, you want to have that peace of mind that you know that you're covered. So that's definitely one thing to ask for in every project, really. And for the roof, one thing you might want to ask for is a cool roof. A cool roof these days, there's a title 24 where you have to comply with, trying to help the state keep cooler in the summer, your home cooler in the summer as well. So by that's something you might want to ask a contractor about then, and see if that's an option for you. Yes, so the knowledge we provide to homeowners, again, we want them to feel comfortable with the decision they make. The customer service, you know, knowing that we're a company that's going to be taking care of you all the whole way. And last but not least is that we are a family business here, and we treat we don't treat these transactions as just business. We like to be at a personal level with the homeowner. We want them to feel comfortable with us. And, again, you're trusting us to work on your home so you know having that relationship with the homeowner is really important to us. And that's something we, we value a lot. Yes, here at PRI, there's a combined about 80 years of experience here at PRI. You know the owner here has been doing it here in the area in the bay area for about 35 years, and also our other crew members here, they've been in it for 15 plus, 20 plus. So, you know just know that you're dealing with a very knowledgeable company here.
