Well, we appreciate that you're welcome welcoming us into your home to perform this work. And we take that very seriously. It's responsibility. So we start off by doing a complete criminal background check on every employee who comes into a customer's home. That's true of the designers as well as our installation team. Furthermore, we don't use any subcontractors. All of our people who come into your home are employees. So we know them very well. They're people that we trust in our homes. And we feel that you can trust them in yours. What helpful expertise means to us is that we're going to take our time and ask you a lot of questions in the design process to help you find the perfect solution for your home. Yeah, a friend of mine recently said something I agree with. He said the most expensive project is the one you have to do twice. And we want to avoid that at all costs. So we're not going to try to rush the process. We're going to allow you to leverage our experience over 18 years in this trade. So that if we made a mistake in the past, you're not going to make that same mistake. We're going to guide you around those mistakes to the right solution for your home. Favorite part of what I do, hands down, is the installation followed by the design process. I love the design being in the client's home, finding out about your family and your home and your pets and all those fun things and designing a solution for you. But my very favorite part is when all of that is coming together at the end. We're doing the work whether it's new plantation shutters or motorized drapery or an exterior awning and seeing the enthusiasm in our customer's eyes as they realize that the vision is coming to fruition. That's my favorite part by far. Well, we measure everything, and obviously, I don't just mean we measure your windows or your backyard space. What I mean is a little bit different. We measure the feedback that we get from our customers. We call every customer six months after the installation is complete and just ask how you are enjoying your product. And then we listen and we keep track of all of that. That way, we are putting the burden on ourselves as a company and as the company owners to carry the products that have only the very highest satisfaction rate and we can track that because we are so diligent about getting that feedback from our customers. Well, for what makes us different, you know, I'm gonna rely on what I hear back from my customers and what they tell us is that of all the contractors that they work with, they're most appreciative of our strong communication. We are very diligent about that. When you call in for your first appointment, you're probably going to talk to a live person. If you happen to get a voicemail, you're going to get a call back in very short order. We arrive on time for our appointments and we keep you informed of the status of your order throughout the process. And then if there is an issue and sometimes there are, we own that issue. We never put that burden onto the customer. So that's what our customers tell us as to how we're different from most contractors.
