When we get on a job site, we evaluate or assess where the potential safety issues might be, in what locations on the site, and we take steps to ensure that the client or the general public does not access those areas, and there's a lot of other mitigation issues that can come into play that, you know, will help you solve those kinds of problems. Helpful expertise, to me, means that we explain to the client why we're doing what we're doing and how we're going to do it, and not give them every detail because they generally don't really want that, they just want to understand the process. What I enjoy most about the work we do is creating something out of nothing, taking an idea and creating something that you can stand back and enjoy and know that your team accomplished that well. If I were the customer seeking out a company like us, I would first want to find out the extent of their experience, the list of services that they offer, and most importantly if they're licensed in the trade and insured.
