We'd like to make sure our employees and customers are safe, so we'll generally outline the workspace with cones, and the use of safety fences can be implemented as well. We do ask that our employees wear eye protection and hearing protection as well. I think what helpful expertise would mean to us is open lines of communication, just making sure that our clients are aware of the project when it starts, the daily routines, and being able to answer any questions they might have. I think my favorite thing about our work is seeing the final product and how vastly different the yard is when we're completed with the swimming pool. A lot of times, the yard might feel absolutely larger than when we started. Generally speaking, these swimming pools take up a lot of space, so it's fun to see just the final product and what people end up doing with their yard. Again, we're a customer satisfaction-driven company, and we like to make sure our lines of communication are open, and we satisfy the customer's desires for the project, answering questions along the way, making sure that they're informed as the project is underway and as we begin. I think the customers should know about us is that we're a family-driven company. So we have our two main operators, who are brothers, and one of them has their son—who's just finished with high school—working for us. We pride ourselves on loyalty and taking care of our employees so that they stay with us and they thrive. I think what makes Digging Demo different from other companies in our same line of work would be our employees. They have been with the company for more than a decade in some cases. They're extremely knowledgeable, they're prideful in their work, and they pride themselves in doing the job correctly and efficiently without making catastrophic errors. In our line of work, we encounter very interesting things along the way, some of which can't be foreseen. So, one project we were working on, we were beginning work on our pool, breaking the holes in the bottom for drainage, and all of a sudden, our pool starts to fill back up. We couldn't quite figure out what was going on. Now we had an enormous amount of water refilling the pool, and my employee Miguel looked into the neighbor's yard and he noticed that their pool had been emptying. At some point, their pool had sprung a leak and filled the entire ground beneath both swimming pools. As we broke drainage holes, our pool started to fill up. So, we had to incorporate numerous pumps along the way and kind of act accordingly. It was just a very interesting project.
