Well, as a young man, I saw a car that I really fell in love with. It was a 49 Ozobeal, and I really wanted that car. So I left the guy a note on his car, said if you ever want to sell it, let me know. He calls me about two or three months later and says I'm ready to sell it. It's a great, I think. Friend of mine takes me there. I give him exact money he wants for it. I get in the car and I'm driving to go meet my friends and show all my friends the great car that I just bought. And the car died on me. So one of my friends is a mechanic. He came back, came out to the car. He took out a little matchbook cover, opened up the distributor, cleaned the points, started right up, drove it right off. And I sold him the car before he did that. I said you can have the car. I'm not, you know, it's a bad omen. And I decided then that I wanted to be an auto mechanic. What inspired me to start my own business was the fact that every place, almost every place that I worked at didn't really have a lot of integrity. They took got the money whenever they could and the customer be. They didn't care about the custody card. I don't care about the dollars. And I just felt like you could run a business this way, be honest, have a lot of integrity and still make money. And I started that in 1978 of my own running and it's been successful ever since then. I think the most important thing is that everybody that's here is a master technician. So they've all been trained in all the automobiles. They keep up with their training. So that's important, I mean that saves customers money, it saves customers time. Things are diagnosed quickly. We are in this area, we are known for any other garage or any other oil change space that has a problem. Dealerships, they bring the car to us because they know our guys are going to be able to figure it out and haven't found a car yet that we couldn't repair satisfactorily. So I think that sets us apart from any other shop in the area. Yeah, so I think, uh, the thing that always comes to mind to me is I had a customer who had a car that was like three years old. I happened to be a Honda Odyssey and the transmission went on on it. Well, I've been connected with Honda so many years. I called up and found out that they have an ex, you know, I could extend the warranty on the car and cover it by supplying the manufacturer with all the services that we had performed, the oils that we had put in the transmission on this three-year-old car. He got a brand new transmission, absolutely free, and it was just a surprise to him and it was really appreciated. And I've worked well with manufacturers. I get actually got a letter from American Honda thanking me for taking care of one of their customers. So, I think the thing that makes us a little bit different, some people are kind of getting on board now, but we offer a complete two-year 24,000 mile warranty on all our repairs. We research and use the highest quality of parts most of the time. They're parts that are manufactured by the manufacturer of the product. The only exception to that is sometimes with American cars or that the manufacturer's parts aren't as good as some of the parts we can get from somewhere else. So we concentrate on quality and proper repair so that we can warranty the thing for two years and 24,000 miles. And in the 20 something years I've been here, I could count on my hands how many times we've had to honor that warranty because of the quality that we put out. Well, I think the number one thing to ensure our client's safety is that we make sure that like when the car leaves here and no matter what we're doing if we're just doing an oil change or what, a car is road tested. And if there's any problems that the mechanic experiences while he's road testing it, he'll confer with another mechanic and make sure that that car leaves here in a safe manner. One of the other things we do is that if a car comes in here and we diagnose it, it's got unsafe, repair on it, if the customer is not willing to repair it, I will tow the car back to his house at my expense to keep him from driving it. So, we go the extra step just to make sure that the cars are safe for people to drive. And I always say that if you take your care of your car here you could drive it around, around the world, 25,000 miles without having to worry a thing about it.
