Whether in this pandemic, we ask our employees to get vaccinated. And if someone is feeling sick, we send them home. We ask them to stay home and get tested. And if they come back negative, you know, we ask him to come back to work. That's very important for our clients and for our employee's safety. Well, I, before this, I came from the restaurants, but in 1994, someone embodied me to construction. And I find out that it was really fun, and I really love it because basically you learn something new every day so you never get boring. And I decide to stay in construction because I like it. I love what I do. I love construction. Another thing that I love is seeing, you know, when a client presents me an idea or set of plans and knows that we can bring that to a reality. So, that's kind of what inspired me, you know, to build and create new things. And that's how inspired me to start construction and start my own business. You know, the thing that I love most about construction or my clients is to see the biggest smile they have when you were able to accomplish what they were looking to get done or the projects they were trying to accomplish. I think what the client should ask before they hire anyone, any contractors is either fully licensed and bonded with the state of California if they're insured, what type of specialty and were they capable to do. And I think those are like very, very important questions to us to any contractor. You know, one thing that kind of makes a difference is that we always try to deliver what was promised to our clients and do as best way we can in a most professional way. And I think that also, you know, we never abandoned the job or leave a job unfinished. And I think that's kind of the things that are kind of make us different. There is no perfect job. You're always going to have problems. It's how you're going to deal with the problems, so and I think that's one of the things that kind of makes us different.
