The main products we use are made by Four Seasons Building Products in Florida. They have a special paint formula that makes their products stand out, and their patio covers are designed to withstand high humidity, wind, seismic activity, sunlight, and harsh weather.

Yes, in almost every case, you’ll need a building permit for a patio cover.
