I would tell them that they were very knowledgeable about the subject, and the project manager was very prompt and responsive. He answered all emails and calls or would call back in a reasonable time.

The fact that they gave me an estimate of when the work would be done, and they were very detailed about what they'd be doing. We went through the process, and they explained what they were seeing. As far as timeliness, they completed the project when they said they would have it completed, which was very important because I have tenants in the home.
