Well, I figured the problem was going to get repaired same day, but they had to order a special part over night, which was a lot of money. Overall though, the repair was done correctly, and they were really professional.

The biggest problem you have with any repair person or contractor or plumber is trust and based on my experience, I trust Kelly's Appliance Center 110% to be fair and I would recommend them.

The guy who came out understood what was wrong with my refrigerator and he soldered a fix. He said it may not work, but it ended up working. He was awesome. He treated me like a friend, not a client. The technician came out, fixed our ice machine, replaced a unit and the machine ended up breaking again. So when I called, she called back right away to give us advice on how to move forward with that machine and what would be best, as far as to try and keep repairing it or what to buy.
