They have a great program in place for both of our properties. So far, two years in, we haven't had any pest issues.

For me, it's the communication with the technician and the supervisor is great. They make it more personal. It's not like a company that wants to just come in and do whatever; it's a company where the technicians care and communicate with us.

It's great service, so I can't really complain. They are attentive.

Well, we had an issue with pests and it was nice to be able to send them a picture, so they could tell us over the phone without a service charge. It let us know what they charge upfront, rather than a unexpected charge. They were also able to identify what type of pest it was, because there are two types of cockroaches, an American type and one other. They were able to let us know what to expect and how severe the problem might be with the picture.
