I would recommend them. I actually just bought a new car that came with a really good price deal in that the first 5 years of service will be covered, which is great. I don't know how I feel because I don't feel good about leaving Dana Meyer, even if it's for a better price point. I would tell others to go there. I took my old car to them for 8 years, and when the battery went out and I called AAA, I realized that I had never even looked under my hood at the engine in 8 years. Basically because I took it to Dana Meyer, and they always took care of it , so I didn't need to look.

That they always remember me and keep records of your service history, they also put a sticker on to remind you when to come in next. They do what is necessary and they do it very well.

They are awesome and the only place that I will ever take my Mazda to again. As a female, it's always a little intimidating going to an auto place, just because I feel the norm is to be manhandled a lot and not have the process explained to you as thoroughly as if you are a man. With Dana Meyer, their office is full of really nice ladies who also know about cars and who didn't try to bully me into spending tons of money on stuff that I didn't actually need.

They were honest, down-to-earth, and took the time to make sure I really understood what needed to be done. Nothing felt like smoke and mirrors. It was obvious where the money would be going and why.

I have been using them for many years. In fact, I started taking my second car to them in 1998. Once I found them, I didn't have to worry about my car ever again. I would recommend them. Even their secretary is wonderful and she could probably also take a car apart with all of her knowledge. It is so nice to never have to worry about being suckered into anything, especially now that I am 85.

They are nice, thoughtful, thorough, and they do not lie about anything. They let you know what you need and what you can wait to have done.

They are great. I am no longer living in California, but if I were, I would still be using them. I found them to be helpful and friendly. I trusted them to do a good job. Most of the services were to get the car tuned up and checked for safety before I made a long car trip. I used to drive up to Oregon a lot, where I now live, and I trusted them to keep my car in shape.

Generally, they were just a good group of people doing a good job. They all worked together well and I really have no complaints.

The owner is still there and everyone there is always so nice. I feel like I can talk to them about anything, like if I were considering a certain model of car to purchase next, they will take the time and tell me what they feel about the model based on their experience working on it. They are just so helpful. Once I needed help with a car that wasn't even mine, it had a key broken off in the ignition, and I had AAA send it over to them, and within an hour, they got the key out and had everything taken care of. They are just the best.

I am happy with them. When I asked a few questions the last time I took my car in to them, they were able to answer them and were very helpful. I would recommend them. I used to take my care to the dealership, but that was always hit-and-miss as far as service. I have been to Dana Meyer twice and am very happy.

Right now, I consider their place my new go-to for service, oil changes and things like that. They are very professional, helpful, and complete the service on time. As far as I can tell, I am happy with the quality of the repair results.

This is my third car that I've taken to them. I've been going to them for a long time and they are always willing to look over a car that I'm considering before I make the purchase, just to make sure it's good and not a lemon. They also own one of my paintings. It's in their lobby, so they support artists too.

One important thing that stands out is that they will not do something that doesn't absolutely need to be done. They know how long you can go without needing to have a repair done. An example being, I used to go to Steve's Auto Care, and they had someone there who told me I needed a new clutch. That was 12 years ago. When I went to Dana Meyer for a second opinion right after that, he said that I'd know when I needed a clutch, because I know the car and it's something I'd really start to feel. Plus, he explained how with a RAV4, they have to take everything out to get to the clutch in order to fix it. Basically, he was letting me know that it was not true and that it would be very expensive. Twelve years later, the clutch still hasn't needed to be replaced. That's just one of many examples of why he has earned my trust. They really care.

The only reason I would hesitate to go there again would be because the prices at Dana Meyer are slightly higher than other places, but I do feel they provide a very good service. I would tell others that they seem like an honest, reliable company and that you can feel safe taking your vehicle there.

That I can take my car there and they will take care of it, which is important because sometimes mechanics can be weird and are not the most trustworthy.

It is pretty hard to find a trustworthy auto place with good mechanics. After going to them for a few years now, I'd say they haven't done anything wrong. They are fast, reliable, and always thorough with answering my questions and keeping me in the loop.

They are quick and their estimates are always right on or below. When I go to pickup the car, the actual price will match their original estimate or come out to be lower, which is nice. The one time that there needed to be an additional repair that would raise the price, they let me know well in advance, so that I could make that decision. I'm always pleased.

I would highly recommend them to people, and as a matter of fact, I have referred several people to them over the years. It's been nice, because you can sort of pick the mechanics available to help you out.

Well, I've known one of the mechanics, David, for more than 30 years. When he first started working there, I started going there, because he's a good mechanic. After using them for so long, I can say that the other mechanics there are also very competent too. I have not had a bad experience there. They are pretty accurate with their estimates and their work is always good. I can't think of a time when I had to take the car back after a service for any issues. Plus, they're accurate with the diagnostic test and always seem to figure out the problem, and then fix it immediately, so it's not a long, drawn out experience.

I have been going to Dana Meyer for 20 years and don't know what I'd do without them. I'd tell people that if they are looking for a mechanic, Dana Meyer would be the first place that I'd recommend.

If I ever have anything, even a little thing that needs to be fixed, they are always fairly quick to get me in to see them. Usually it only takes 1 to 2 days to get in for an appointment. My car is 25 years old and still runs great. They have been taking car of my Subaru for 20 years.

I went to three different shops and they were the only ones able to help me with my situation. They are AAA certified, very professional, and the people in the office are super nice.

They knew what they were doing whereas the other two shops had no idea. I left those places with my car still making a whistling sound and with the transmission still acting up. The two women at the front desk are amazing. They call back with updates, leave a message, explain any unexpected delay, and are just very helpful. It is almost an overload of communication as their policy and I love that.

I went in with a very specific thing and they were accommodating. I was thoroughly satisfied.

They came through for me on a critically time-sensitive job. My daughter was going away to school the day after I took the car into them after the catalytic converter was stolen and they got it good to go and put on a protection plate. It was ready the next day when I needed it.

It is a small business and I like that. They're personable and easy to get help from. One day, I had to drop my car off there unannounced to get a fix and they were able to help me. They took care of the problem right away. Dana Meyer is a wonderful person and has a good attitude towards other people in general. I am a retired teacher and know some time ago he was able to help get a school up and going that needed the help. I also know his wife. They are good people who run a good business.
