B. Henry’s Quality Electric Inc. provides a full range of electrical contracting services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients in Sonoma and Marin Counties. Owner Bill Henry, who has 40-plus years of experience as an electrician, credits much of B. We love him. He did not charge us. He came out two times, because one of our trees fell on a gazeebo and knocked off the cover and the electrical to our pump. The insurance recommended him. He came out and told us that he could fix it in a minute. He fixed it and didn't charge us. What a refreshing person. We were impressed with his expertise and communication. The next time he came out, we called him privately and asked him to address another issue with our pump. He told us that we didn't need him and that it would be a waste of our money. We needed to contact the pump company and he told us that they should have their own people who could come out, fix it, and that they shouldn't charge us. The next time we used him, we bought a home that had some serious electrical challenges. I have several friends who are general contractors, and they wouldn't touch it and said that we would need a really good electrician, as it was really complicated. Bill came out with his son, told us the price, told us what he would be doing and how long it would take. Everything was identical to what he told us. He's just phenomenal, and I would recommend him to anybody.

His incredible honesty and his astounding knowledgeable of the subject matter, also, if he tells you that he will be there at 9:00 AM, he is there at 9:00 AM. His son was also very impressive and looks to be a chip off the old block. He's very copasetic with his father's though process.

He is the best that I have ever run across as an electrician, and I highly, highly recommend him. The only thing is that he has gotten so busy that he doesn't go out to all of the jobs personally, but he does oversee his guys very closely. On the last job that we did with him, the lead guy had done the very first job that Bill did for us, so he has been with them for a while. I just felt like we were in really good hands, and I have no question about the work or the quality of the work or anything like that.

Bill is awesome. My favorite things are that he is very efficient, and he is good at what he does. He is incredibly responsive and we tend to experience problems at all times of the night. He has always answered and helped us out whether it was his work to begin with or not, because we work with a lot of vendors. He is a hardworking guy who always does a good job. He is even good with invoices, and they are on time, unlike a lot of other vendors.

I would say it's a double factor. It's the relationship of getting the job done correctly paired with outstanding human interaction. I've enjoyed using him a lot.

They are very friendly. We have a dog and the guy, I forget his name, was very friendly and even had dog treats. It speaks to how personable he was doing house calls and whatnot.

I would totally recommend him over any other electrician that I know. I'm a general contractor, so I would gladly pass along jobs to him before anyone else. He's very dependable.

Beyond clean, if he says it's going to take a day to do something, you know it will take a day. He will make it happen. He knows his stuff, and there is no doubt in his mind, from the beginning, the middle, and the end of the job. I never hear any complaints from customers. In fact, if anything, I hear that someone else wants to use him, like a friend or a neighbor of the client. He also gets major points for the fact that he's a contractor who is hands-on. It's not just his employees working, but it's him too. Normally, you see contractors who say that their guys work for them, and they only do the bidding, but Bill does it all and gets it done.

That I had a great experience and I want him to be my own personal electrician, but unfortunately, he is so busy, because everybody wants him, which is a great thing.

The quality of work is great and he has done things for me where I was gauged by other electricians. He is honest and he does not penny pinch. He guarantees his work and he is more concerned about building relationships than building his pocketbook.
