I would ask a friend to do some research. They posted great pictures, but didn't do a great job sealing the vents. They changed the insulation, but when the rats came back, they didn't replace the insulation. They said that's the way it works. We were not very satisfied, because we paid a lot of money, and it was not necessary. I would not recommend them to a friend.

I liked the initial consultation. He explained a lot of things, was very professional, nice and answered our questions, which is why I gave them a 5, but the guys who did the work did not do a good job. Our contractor did a beautiful job on our vents and they came and sealed them with something and now they look terrible. They had to come back two times and there was one college kid who came and looked like he knew what he was doing, but he was not even professional, disconnected a mouse from our computer and said look there's a mouse. That was not funny. Why would you touch our computer? He did not connect it back either.

I would say communicate concerns directly with the owner, not the people who work under the owner. I was not happy with the quality of service of the management team.

When we complained, they quickly handled it and followed up, but the quality of work could be better. I felt like it was more the workers not the owner. When the owner was around, the work got done, but when he was not, the quality was not there.
