When can you schedule me for a system installation?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the time of year. A lot of people wait until their HVAC systems unexpectedly fail, which often happens during our busiest seasons (summer and winter). If you’re a member of our Care Club, we’ll be able to schedule you fairly quickly, but if not, you may end up on a waiting list. In any case, we recommend preemptively scheduling your system replacement during the spring or fall, which is when we tend to have the most availability.<BR>

How long will it take to install my new system?

Accepted Answer

Every house is different, which means every installation is basically a custom job, so it depends on the specifics of your situation. In general, we try to complete installations within a couple of days.<BR>

Can you measure my home’s indoor air quality?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have a special tool that’s designed to assess the quality of your home’s air based on five parameters: temperature, humidity, airborne particulates, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. Once we get a reading, we can recommend specific products or services to address any deficiencies.<BR>

Can I qualify for any rebates or financing options by installing a more efficient HVAC system?

Accepted Answer

G&E offers various rebates, although they tend to come and go. The Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program enables homeowners to roll the cost of their systems into their homes’ property taxes, which makes installation much more affordable.
