For example, a home’s ductwork often needs to be upgraded to accommodate the new system’s specifications. If you install a high-efficiency furnace but leave your 40-year-old ductwork intact, you won’t get anywhere near the level of efficiency the system is capable of.”

Joey, the owner, has a very high standard. He can take care of things that other people can't get done. For example, our neighbor was told that the compressor in their yard could not be moved and it was very visible. Joey came out with his crew and they moved it completely out of site. His policy is not to sell people new units. He has a high level of integrity.

If there is a problem, he will look at it, think about it, come up with a solution and tell his guys how to do it. It is always the perfect solution. My wife does a lot of cooking and her kitchen gets warm. I asked him if there was some way to put a vent in there to cool down the kitchen. He was able to come up with a good solution and one that most people would not know how to do. I can't say enough good things about him.

Pretty good at troubleshooting and have moderately reasonable pricing, the technicians are chatty, but part of it was my fault, as I enjoy asking questions.

When they find a problem, they don't say that the whole system needs to be replaced. They just isolate it to a single part that needs to be replaced.
