Diamond Certified Expert Contributor, Sean O’Brien: One of the questions we get asked a lot is: after I’ve had my new roof installed, is there anything I need to do from that point on? One of the things we like to talk about is the need for a roof maintenance program. Even though you’ve had a new roof installed, we don’t know what happens during the course of the winter, and having us come out and do a visual inspection is a good idea to make sure nothing has happened over the course of the year. It’s kind of like putting your new tires on your car. You’ve put a few miles on it. You want to rotate them and take good care of them; make sure they’re performing the way they’re supposed to be performing.
