Just wanted to talk to you a little bit today about lead paint hazards in homes and businesses in the paint. And generally the rule of thumb is if your house was built before 1978, you have some layers of lead paint, usually down below. There's three areas that need to be adhered to by EPA law if you're touching lead paint. The first is containment. So we have HEPA vacuums, high efficiency particulate vacuums, that will pull the lead out of the air. The second is worker protection. So all of our employees working with lead paint have HEPA respirators. They have full body suits. Gloves and goggles. And then the last area is disposing of the lead paint that is gathered, and that has to be done in the regulated manner by the EPA.
