Homeowners have a choice to replace their hardscapes. They generally look at concrete, stamped concrete, or pavers. Now, pavers are four times the strength of regular concrete. They're manufactured at eight and a half thousand pounds per square inch. Therefore, they'll never crack or break. They're guaranteed for life. And color is impregnated into the form when they make the pavers. So there's very little fading. And like I said, they'll last a lifetime.
Pavers have some long term advantages. In the future, there could be a problem with an underground utility that bursts, or sewer line needs to be replaced. The advantage of pavers is that you can actually unzip them, fix the problem, and put them back into place again. Unlike concrete, you'd have to cut the concrete, the color will never match, and you have a problem there for life.
