I just want to mention today the importance of a very comprehensive in writing Estimate and contract before you start working we get clients sometimes calling and asking if we can estimate on the phone as they describe their room and that's just not possible. So having an in person estimate, some of the items, the issues that get discussed there is whether you have current oil, oil paint, which takes more steps to paint properly. So an in person estimate going over details that you want included, you don't want included, and then that all ends up in a written contract. That's how you'll end up avoiding any kind of disputes at the end of a wonderful paint job.
