Diamond Certified Expert Contributor, Leo Molchanov: So, we would like to give you couple tips how to protect your house from unwanted critters to coming into your crawl space or into your attic space. By simply walking around your house, you want to pay attention by the air conditioning pipes. Check it out around those pipes. Maybe there is some possible openings, especially when other constructors working at your house, they might left some gaps around the AC pipes. Also, check it out your vent screens; make sure they are secure to the mesh wire.
And check it out the trees. Trees hanging out by your house. They should be away- at least three-four feet away from the house. Also, you can check it out the wood structure of your house. If there is anything under that structure. By doing this, in the long run, you will save time and money to deal with the rodent infestations in the future.
