I want to share with you five things that everyone should think about before beginning a remodel project. Number one is what do I want to change or what do I not like about my current space. Number two is what do I want to change it to and what is my design style and my goals for doing this. Number three is what do I want to invest to achieve these goals and is it an adequate investment to meet these expectations and is it a smart investment. The next two questions are related to figuring out who you would like to work with. So what services are important to me, do I need a designer, do I need 3D renderings of my space, do I want full service or do I only want somebody to install it. And then number five, is the contractor I'm hiring qualified, are they licensed, bonded, insured, and do they have a track record of successful completed projects. So these five things that I just went over will really help you obtain a successful remodel and get the best return on your investment that you possibly can.
