"I am not unhappy with them. The thing that impressed me the most was that the communication was very good. I called in with some special requests about removing debris from the property, and they were responsive. They came out at the end of the day on a Friday with a special truck to remove the debris. The communication with the gal in the office who was responsible for coordinating the details was very accommodating. The salesman was very good and knowledgeable. He was a roofer himself at one time. I had 2 roofing systems on my house, and I stayed home the entire time to watch what the roofers did. The second system was rather unique. The salesman went out of his way to determine the most suitable roofing configuration and material for the job. We both came out very satisfied. Overall, I have no complaints. Generally, the materials are fine materials and the installation was good. They don't compromise on quality. Aside from the work, which was fine, having the open communication and the general willingness to accommodate the customer after the sale. Once the job starts, it is good to know the guys are on my side, and they demonstrated that, which is very much to their credit. In general, they are careful about the people they hire, which ensures that they hire good mechanics and that the mechanics are respectful of the homeowner.
