"One, they are very attentive to the customer. All of them are but, Joann went above and beyond. Over all the dozens of places we went we ended up going back not because of the price but the customer service she provided to us on our first visit. It's something I would like to call 'old school' customer service. They don't have the best showroom to display all of their abilities and selections, but Joann made us feel as if anything was possible. Their customer service and selection, also, the information they give you and they really guided me towards my need. They were not trying to force feed me the most expensive item, but rather something that fit the actual need and want we had for the product. I like that a lot as well." -Anthony C.

"I did not like their billing system. They gave me an estimate, but I had to call them, because I never received my final bill that should have included my payment, and they finished in July. I do hope to receive it soon. I liked best that they did it very quickly and even faster than they said they would. I like them, because they are local.
