"We had the best experience ever. We were at our house and we had a rental property and the people renting it turned it into a farm and just completely destroyed it, so the city came and condemned it. We needed to get it fixed but I was leaving for India in 2 weeks and staying for a month. Cardinal Construction did everything and I didn't have to pay them a single penny, they said just go and that they would handle it and they would send pictures of the progress. Even after that we needed some help and they just came out. I'm really happy with their service, I just called to ask a question and they answered right away. They're very nice people. One thing I always liked that they weren't concerned about getting the money, they were more concerned about doing the work and they trusted me to get them the money. We had a bunch of things happen and going on in our family at this time and they did everything for us without me having to do anything. They took care of everything and weren't worried about getting paid. His wife Maria is also very nice and sweet. She runs the office. "Juan really wanted to make sure that we were happy and everything was done right. There were some issues, but not major issues. One worker disappeared and didn't come in, so he came the next day and got some other people on it. The person who disappeared had some of the materials, so we had to go back to the tile store to get more supplies. I didn't have to. He covered the cost and offered to do it himself. Everything works well and the plumbing is good. We knew what we were purchasing and we had the option to go with his recommendations. He gave us some reasonable places to look if we wanted to upgrade and we did things on the more expensive side, but it was our choice. He was good about answering phone calls when we had questions and he was willing to accommodate us. The workers were prompt and things went mostly as planned." -Judith R.
