The biggest benefit of establishing long-term remodeling goals is it enables your contractor to plan efficiently and design consecutive phases to be compatible with future ones. In contrast, when long-term goals aren’t established, work performed in a project’s early phases may have to be redone to accommodate later ones, which can result in reduced efficiency and substantial added cost.
