Westgate Real Estate was founded by Steve Gavriloff’s father in Petaluma in 1959. Many years later, Westgate Real Estate was sold to a company that was ultimately acquired by Coldwell Banker. After leaving school, Steve Gavriloff spent nine years with Coldwell Banker until he decided to reopen Westgate in 1999.
