Survey Comments

The first Southpoint Self-Storage, opened in 1986, had just over 100 units. Today there are two locations, Sebastopol and Santa Rosa, and over 3,600 units.

Storage spaces range in size from 5' by 5' to 10' by 30'. To help keep tenants' property safe, Southpoint Self-Storage uses the latest in self-storage security technology, including security cameras and on-site resident supervision. In addition, each unit has its own alarm system and security access code. The customer enters his or her code at the main gate, and only that unit is disarmed. When the tenant leaves, they enter the security code into another keypad when exiting and their unit is re-armed.

Along with quality storage space, Southpoint Self-Storage also provides free moving trucks (conditions apply), dollies and hand trucks to help move your items. Prices are always competitive and occasional move-in specials make it an even greater value.
