Survey Comments

Barham Self Storage is a very affordable, safe and clean facility with wide aisles for easy access. All units have wooden floors, which is important if you’re storing items for a long period of time. Managers are on site and all customer locks are checked daily. Units range from 8 feet by 10 feet, to 8 feet by 40 feet and have extremely wide doors that seal completely to help keep out dirt and moisture.

Barham doesn’t charge administrative, cleaning, or security fees, and unlike most self-storage facilities they don’t raise their existing customer’s annual rates. A discount is offered for a second unit, and late charges aren’t applied until after fourteen days, which is more generous than the industry standard of ten days. Barham Self Storage is a member of both the Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
“We go out of the way for our customers. We had a customer call at 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve, needing to get his passport before going to the airport because of a death in the family, and we were happy to help. If the customer isn’t finished unloading at closing time, we’ll secure their vehicle for them overnight. With the kind of service we provide, people come back or refer others.”
