Benefit services include medical and dental plans, group and individual life insurance, disability insurance, pension and profit sharing plans, human resource assistance and COBRA administration software. Parelius works with all major benefit providers including Blue Cross, Kaiser, Pacific Care, Met Life, Blue Shield, HealthNet and Delta Dental and VSP.

A full time HR person and an on-call attorney give Parelius Insurance the resources to thoroughly answer any question or resolve any concern. The company also offers HR Connect, an online, integrated Human Resources Management System that meets all of an employer’s and employee’s needs. It summarizes all benefit plans, provides contact information for carriers, and can make available company forms, important documents and employee handbooks.
