Jim Kabel’s Case Handyman & Remodeling boasts the first Case Design Remodeling, Inc. franchise in California. The parent company has been in business since 1961, turning a winning formula for handyman services and remodeling into a national franchise in 1997. There are over 60 such businesses nationwide.

Jim comes from 25 years in high tech at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies in everything from field sales to service and support marketing to running a 300 person service organization in North America. Being a homeowner for 15 years sparked his interest in the handyman and remodeling business. His frustration in finding high quality, reliable people to come out and do small projects fueled his current ambition.

Case Handyman & Remodeling specializes in providing a high level of quality craftsmanship for small repairs and remodeling projects that one typically can only find independent handyman to do. Case Handyman & Remodeling is a licensed general contractor with full worker’s compensation and liability insurance, unlike most independent handymen. Jim Kabel and his team translate that special combination of corporate know-how and personal homeownership experience into a winning combination of service and customer satisfaction.
