Founding Father and Sons

Sanchez Concrete Construction, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the Bay Area for more than 32 years. Founded by Nemorio Sanchez in 1977, the San Jose-based company is now under the auspices of his sons, Roger, Armando and Carlos Sanchez. They proudly carry on the family tradition and credit much of their success to the work ethic instilled in them by their father during their upbringing.

The company specializes in foundations, new and additions. It is exacting work that requires a great deal of technical expertise – after all, the foundation is the base on which the whole of a structure depends. The Sanchez brothers have decades of combined experience from which to draw, and a team of professionals that share their dedication to excellence. Every phase of the process follows strict procedure and quality control, and each job is personally supervised by one of the Sanchez brothers. Whatever the project, the result is always something that Sanchez Concrete Construction is proud to put their name on.
