Owner Mark Sanford

CSG Better Hearing Center, LLC, has been serving the East Bay since 1975 and owns the Better Hearing Center of Palo Alto, which has been in the South Bay area since 1989. Nationally recognized, all of CSG’s Bay Area Hearing Center locations offer a complete line of the most advanced hearing devices and technologies available. CSG audiologists lead the nation in fitting the breakthrough Lyric® device, which is the only 100% invisible hearing device available in today’s market.

In fact, the Better Hearing Center has kept itself in the forefront by serving as an alpha and beta site for testing and evaluations for many new industry products. The company’s four audiologists address all aspects of hearing problems.

Mark Sanford, the owner of CSG Better Hearing Center, earned his undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders from University of Pacific in Stockton and his Masters in Communicative Disorders, Audiology at the University of Texas in Dallas. He has owned the practice for one year.
