Paul Dawson and Tim Clinton co-founded Dawson & Clinton General Contractors over a decade ago. Since then, they have built a wide variety of projects, ranging from contemporary to traditional design, and established themselves as one of the premier, full-service general contracting firms in the Bay Area. Working with both the residential and commercial communities, Dawson & Clinton’s portfolio of services include architectural support, preconstruction, remodels, renovations, additions, and new construction.
 
Dawson & Clinton recognize that their customers depend on them to meet their financial goals and timelines. As such, generating accurate estimates and staying on schedule are very important to them. To achieve this they create a realistic team approach, budget, and schedule customized to meet the client's particular needs. Additionally, the company principals, Paul and Tim, are continually involved with project management from the initial stages of preconstruction through the final construction phase.
 
Dawson & Clinton continue to evolve in sustainable construction and possess exciting views that help shape the world of smart building. They are genuinely concerned about our environment and frequently challenge the use of the products that negatively impact our habitat.
