Charles Voorhis began his building career during high school, and paid for much of his college tuition doing construction work. Prior to founding Abacus Group Builders, he held positions doing carpentry, project management and estimating. He brings a well rounded combination of practical and executive experience, as well as a passion for customer service, to the business.

Abacus Group Builders is dedicated to providing superior services for all phases of construction – from designing to building to driving the last nail and sweeping up behind themselves. The client, architect and the construction team work together to create custom projects that bring each customer’s vision to life. Only the finest craftsmen are employed, and only the highest quality materials are utilized. In keeping with their Green Builder designation, sustainable products and practices are used whenever possible.
