I am somewhat unique in the business because of the fact that I have worn a hearing aid myself for over 40 years. Because of that, I can understand the problems faced by the hearing impaired. You can bet that I won't recommend a product to you that I wouldn't use myself. Of course, I can't make everything perfect. But I can educate the people on how to best improve their hearing and get the most out of their hearing aid. I understand what it's like to be there."
