Owner Jim Cullen

Jim Cullen earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from U.C. Berkeley in 1981. He has education and experience as a draftsman. All of which gives him a significant advantage over the competition.

In the industry since 1974, he formed Cullen Construction & Reconstruction in 1990, and is a member of the Marin County Codes Advisory Board. He shares office space and often works with his architect father. He has a conscientious and experienced crew, many of whom have been with him for over 10 years, and a team of subcontractors who share his philosophy. He prides himself on his reliability, problem solving, and efficiency. His company provides every service from site work to finish. They specialize in residential remodels, but have a record of timely commercial tenant improvements as well. Customer satisfaction is their number one goal and their record will support it.
